Warranty and Returns

Contact us before shipping anything to us for warranty or return.

For flashlights and batteries, we can provide some instructions that can resolve or confirm fault in the product.

MackOutdoors Warranty

Contact us within 14 days for repair or exchange of products that are defective - from shipment to when the defect is first reported to us.

Initial reporting of the issue can be made by phone or email. If the issue was handled by phone and escalates to shipping the defective product to us, please email us a description of the defect and steps taken.

Provide us with a description of the issue and any steps taken to try and fix the product - we may request pictures. We will attempt to provide additional steps to resolving the issue to avoid costing you extra time and money. If the product is still defective, get confirmation from us before shipping it to us.

Once we recieve the items, we will attempt to repair the product. If we are unable to repair the product then we will replace it with the same model.

If the defective item has less value than the shipping cost then a refund of the original purchase price will be in effect.

Shipping is the customers responsibility and the original MackOutdoors purchase reciept must accompany all warranty shipments.

 

Beyond the 14 days, or if we do not have available stock, we will direct the customer to contact the manufacturer for the warranty.


Manufacturer Warranty

Past the 14 days, any defective items will be redirected to the manufacturer. The customer may choose to contact the manufacturer directly or contact us first.

If we are contacted first, we will attempt to provide additional steps to resolving the issue to avoid costing you extra time and money. If the defect cannot be resolved, we will direct the customer to the manufacturer.

Shipping is the customers responsibility and the original MackOutdoors purchase reciept must accompany all warranty shipments.

 

Warranty claims submitted to the manufacturer may be processed by us if authorized by the manufacturer.


Returns

To return a product for refund, contact us by phone or email within 14 days of the order being shipped. Once we have confirmed, send the product with the original packaging and all included accessories.

When we receive the product, we will test it for functionality and examine it for damage before issuing a refund.

If the product is undamaged, the refund will be less the cost of shipping the original order.

If the product is damaged, the refund will be less the cost of shipping and the cost to repair or replace the damaged components.

Refunds can be applied to purchasing another product or refunded to the original payment method (for credit cards or PayPal account, this would be the one used to make the original purchase).
